I started an inquiry on Angies List and NBL was the first company to reach out to me. They came by the house the following morning and diagnosed the issue I was having with my heater. The following day they were back with parts. I m a landlord and live across the country. They made sure to keep me and the tenants apprised throughout the process. Great experience and highly recommended.

This company was extremely responsive to our needs. The only issue we had was that the attic staircase was damaged. NBL arranged to have a carpenter come repair the staircase trim the next day.

The heat went out. They came the next day, and installed two new systems the following day. The service was exceptional and the gentlemen who came knew what needed to be done. Very professional from start to finish and I recommend them for all your needs.

My furnace worked fine. I wanted a maintenance call to get ready for the winter season. Was told all good for use. The next time it was cold and I turned on the heat, it was not working. The technicians had a work order that said they were to check my air conditioner as well. I did not ask for an air conditioner check. Less than 15 minutes in my attic, the technician was done and I paid 125.00. I now have to call out another company to see why my furnace does not work. I subsequently discovered many other companies were offering a much lower fee for the beginning of winter maintenance calls. I found this company on another, similar review and contracting website and used them as they were the first to call me back. Stupid me. Lesson learned.

When our customers call because something isn’t working after a repair, someone is always sent out right away to make it right. Did you contact NBL to have it remedied? The service fee is charged in accordance with standard rates and the quality of service regularly offered by our company. 99% of our customers have rated us highly and aren’t wrong, so please communicate directly with NBL so the guarantee can be backed up per our usual practice.

The techs were very knowledgeable and friendly. They answered all our questions and did everything we hired them to do (complete replacement of our furnace and A/C). They did not leave a mess when they left, everything was as it was before they began. The owner, Ariel did a great job coordinating the job and following up afterward. All in all, a great job. Will definitely refer NBL Air-Conditioning and Heating to others.

Project: Clean Dryer Vent
The technicians were outstanding in every way! They were on time, courteous, knowledgeable, clean, and thorough. They unclogged my dryer vent three different ways from behind my dryer, as well as, from the crawl space and roof. Overall, they provided a professional and competent service at a very reasonable price. I ll definitely be using them for future services!
